ATTENTION ALL VISITORS FOR OSCEOLA COUNTY JAIL

osceola county After you have completed visiting an inmate you may not visit that person again until that person’s next scheduled visiting day.

  • Visiting is held 7days a week from 8:30am to 7:45pm.
  • All visits must be scheduled 24 hours prior to the appointment or up to 2 weeks in advance.
  • In order to schedule a visit you must complete the online registration process.
  • Visitors cannot have been incarcerated at the Osceola County Jail in the past six months.
  • Inmates are eligible for visitation privileges after the classification process is complete or after a 24 hour period. Uncontrollable or violent inmates are not subject to the provisions of this procedure.
  • Inmates are allowed to receive up to 2 hours per week, or 4 thirty minute visits each week.
  • Remote visits from your home will cost $15 for a 30 minute visit. To schedule a visit, you will need to have at least $15.00 in your ICSolutions prepaid account. If you need to set up an account or add funds, please go to www.icsolutions.com or call 888-506-8407.
  • The visit charge will be applied to your prepaid account as soon as your visit is scheduled.
  • If your visit is cancelled by the facility for a rule violation, your money will not be refunded.
  • Remote visitors should test their connection prior to scheduling a visit. Please go to www.icsvideovisit.com for instructions.
  • If you do not show for a remote visit no refund will be issued.
  • Remote visitors should connect 15 minutes prior to the scheduled visit to check in.
  • If you attempt to connect after the scheduled visit start time you will not be able to visit.
  • Please be advised if an inmate is in ANY program (at court, on trustee assignments, CRP programs, attorney visits, etc.), they are NOT eligible to receive the visit at that time. Plan on visiting in the evening, or when the inmate is not in a prior scheduled program or work assignment. On an inmate’s court date, it is recommended you do not visit until after 5:30PM to allow for the inmate’s return to their housing unit.
  • There are no visiting sessions between 4:30pm and 6:30pm. This is to allow for the inmates to be fed dinner and for the Corrections Staff to ensure that all of the inmates are where they belong.
  • Visitors must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to check in.
  • Visitors who arrive after the scheduled start time will not be allowed to visit.
  • All visitors must possess a valid government issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, State ID card, Valid Passport or Military Issued ID.
  • All children (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by an adult and must possess a copy of the child’s birth certificate.
  • Only one adult shall be allowed to enter the visitation area for any one inmate.
  • Visitors may also be asked to provide proof of relationship to the detainee. This can be done with a birth certificate, marriage license, adoption papers, or other legal documents.
  • All visits are subject to monitoring and recording
  • Appropriate dress is required at all times.
    • Chest must not be exposed
    • No tank tops.
    • Stomach must not be exposed
    • Skin tight / Form fitting clothes are not allowed.
    • No torn clothing.
    • Shorts and skirts must not be more than 3″ above the knees.
    • No bare feet or flip flops.
    • Any clothing or other items displaying gang-related symbols, themes or colors are prohibited.
    • All visitors must wear undergarments at all times.
    • No hats are allowed.
    • No see through clothing allowed.
  • Purses (fanny packs), diaper bags, cameras, or cell phones will NOT be ALLOWED.
  • You cannot bring anything to give to the inmate’s on your visit. All letters must be sent through the US Mail. Items can be secured in the lobby lockers.
  • Visitors and inmates must remain seated at all times during the visitation session. Small children, five (5) years old and younger, must remain on the visitors lap at all times.
  • Any inappropriate activity will result in termination of your session.
  • Visitors involved in the following will be placed on permanent visiting restrictions:
    • Visitors that create a disturbance or disruption of the visiting process.
    • Visitors under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
    • Visitors that refuse to show sufficient identification.
    • Visitors that destroy County property.
    • Visitors that attempt to smuggle contraband. (drugs, cigarettes, etc.)
  • Any confirmed rule violations by a visitor is grounds for termination of visitation privileges for up to 30 days for the first violation, up to 60 days for the second violation and indefinite for the third violation.
  • The visitation schedule may be cancelled or altered on county appointed holidays or for safety / security reasons.
  • Staff can deny, change, or cancel a visit at any time at their discretion.
  • Each visitation session will show a timer to display elapsed time.
  • After your visit has ended your connection will be terminated.

While you may be able to schedule a visitation with most devices, you must use a Windows based computer (PC with operating system more recent than Windows XP) with Internet Explorer or Firefox web browser to conduct a remote visitation from home.
